A volunteer calling rooted in service and formation.
One of the most meaningful parts of my life is helping lead The Grainery’s Cessnock campus — a space where I get to invest in people, build teams, teach, and support a vibrant, growing community. I play a leadership role in shaping the culture, supporting emerging leaders, and guiding the spiritual direction of the campus.
This expression of ministry is rooted in calling and service, and it aligns beautifully with my work in coaching and decision systems. Whether I’m in a boardroom or a church hall, the core purpose remains the same: helping people grow, make wise decisions, and step into who they’re meant to become.
It’s work that flows naturally from the same principles that guide every other part of my life — clarity, integrity, purpose, and transformation — and it sits intentionally as part of my personal volunteer leadership, not an employment role.
