With over a decade of experience, she has mastered the art of seamlessly transitioning between customer-facing roles, internal stakeholder management, and high-level corporate support.
One of Barbie’s standout career highlights includes receiving the prestigious 2017 Transport Award for Collaboration in recognition of her exceptional work in planning and executing educational seminars for the digitization of Sydney Trains. This milestone project not only demonstrated her ability to manage complex initiatives but also her capacity to inspire and lead teams through significant operational changes.
In her current role as Administration Lead at St Philip's Christian College, Barbie is at the heart of the school's operations, overseeing a dedicated team of professionals while streamlining processes to ensure smooth day-to-day management. Known for her proactive, solution-oriented approach, Barbie excels in driving cross-department collaboration and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture. She leads with empathy, focusing on both team development and operational excellence.
Barbie’s career journey is marked by her versatility and leadership across roles. From ensuring passenger safety as an Intercity Train Guard with NSW TrainLink to co-founding Hunter Valley Media, where she led business strategy and marketing initiatives, she consistently shows a knack for balancing operational demands with strategic vision.
